REFUND POLICY
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 9-14 business days at no additional fees.
If you’re rejected for a refund, we will also notify you via email. In that case, you will be responsible for the Re-Shipping fees.
CANCEL POLICY
Processing order takes not more than 2-3 business days, so if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we kindly ask that you send us an email to cancel@jabafricanattire.com within 24 hours of your order being placed. If the item is still with us, your refund will be credited to your original method of payment in no more than 3-4 business days.
RETURNS POLICY
Any Return items must be in its original condition, and all tags need to be intact!!
If, for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we kindly asked that you send us an email (jab gmail account) within 24 hours of when your packages is deliver (please bear in mind that we will be notified when your package get delivered).
To be approved for a refund, please note the following:
- You must send us an email within 24 hours of your order being delivered
- Item must be in the original packaging
- No Damages of whatsoever
- You are responsible for the Return fees
